You may not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
You may not use these graphics as part of a trademark/logo.

You may not add to or distort, alter or re-color any graphic and claim them as your own. Feel free to alter these images to fit your personal scrapbooking needs, including resizing, re-coloring and cropping as long as credit is given to me the designer.

By using graphics from Elka Romero for more than personal use purposes you are agreeing to the terms of use below, so please read them fully.
YOU MAY:
-YOU MAY use these graphics for your own personal or commercial projects, with the restrictions exposed on this terms of use.
-YOU MAY create PU freebies with my CU products, but you must do some sort of significant modification (re-colorize is NOT enough). The product must be merged/flattened with something else or you may add a sticker border. Use your creativity. ;)
-YOU MAY create collaboration projects (for charity or not) with my CU products. (Please don't forget to read what you may not).
-YOU MAY use any of the CU graphics/content to create printables to be sold digitally or on a tangible format, with Angel Policy Use, without additional fee, on your individual or small craft business. If you use my commercial use graphics as website images (websites/blogs layouts, blog headers, page toppers, web sets, etc...) you must give credit to me, expose the name of the product and put a link back to my blog (http://erartstudio.blogspot.com.br/).
